Facilitation Groundwork is coming to Zagreb!
This winter we are bringing Facilitation Groundwork to Zagreb for the first time!
From November 29th until December 4th 2026 we will embark on another 6-day experiential journey of facilitation skills and tools.
You will explore:

Good facilitation is about knowing WHY you are choosing a process, and HOW to plan it with the purpose in mind.
Reading the group.
Creating participation.
Working with disagreement and difficult emotions.
Designing for meaningful outcomes.
Being present enough to adapt when the plan meets the reality of the people in the room.
Facilitation Groundwork – Revisiting Foundations is a practical and immersive training for facilitators, trainers, team and project leaders, Scrum Masters, team coaches, and experienced practitioners who want to strengthen their foundations.
And you won’t just learn about facilitation. You’ll practice it.
Bring your own upcoming meeting, workshop, training or group process. Design it. Try it. Get feedback. Improve it.
You’ll work with facilitation before, during and after the event, explore group dynamics and process design, practice methods for dialogue and decision-making, receive feedback, and bring your own real-life projects into the learning.
