Our flagship program – co-designing and delivering international training with international trainers team, enabling participants to learn how to involve diverse stakeholders in co-creating sustainable solutions for their complex issues, by combining Open Space Technology, World Café and Appreciative Inquiry into powerful large-group meetings.

Facilitation of 2-day learning conference and mentoring teams; Project European Coworking Network, Erasmus+

Dynamic and inspiring learning programme that connected young learners and experienced mentors, leading to creation of several real entreprenurial opportunities from the scratch, along with developing entreprenurial skills and knowledge.

  • developing final conference design to discuss and give the opportunity to transfer experiences of CSOs from countries finalising precession period to those who are entering, from West Balkan area and Turkey and drafting recommendations to EU DG Enlargement, national governments and CSOs

  • Developing process design using Open Space Technology; Preparing information materials on OST, workshop and harvesting materials;
  • Facilitating 2 days conference with 280 participants

Detailed design and facilitation of (22-23. February 2013 and 18-20th November 2011), international events organised by Zagreb Society of Architects with more then 100 participants. 2011 it was the first unconference in Zagreb, with 75% of the program designed as interactive sessions, using World Café and Open Space Technology.
