AoPL 2025 memories

Recently we came back to our place of learning and connection – The Art of Participatory Leadership training, a special place for over 20 years. It’s so beautiful seeing this work help new people every year and witnessing the magic of participatory approaches in helping us all listen, engage, and grow together.

A lot of ideas were discussed and knowledge shared. Unexpected conversations emerged and new insights taken home. Some new faces added to the global Art of Hosting community and new connections sparking in the network.

The Art of Participatory Leadership (AoPL) is an approach to leadership that scales up from personal to systemic usage of dialogue, facilitation, collaboration and cocreation of new solutions needed to address complex challenges in our work and our world!

AoPL integrates methodologies, models and practices for collaborative dialogues and designing processes to engage large and small groups in conversations that matter!
