Facilitation Groundwork November 2025 – registrations are open!

After launching the Facilitation Groundwork program in 2024 and leading our first few groups through this journey, we can’t wait to continue the learning in 2025 with a new group in November!

This intense 6-day training is full of learning, introspection, stepping into practice, questioning current practices, acquiring new tools and methods to expand your work, and going back to the basics in order to design processes that really work and make sense. It is meant for trainers, facilitators, team and project leaders, scrum masters, team coaches and others looking for comprehensive training in facilitation skills, and seasoned practitioners wanting to revisit foundations.
