Our Privacy Policy

We are very cautious with our client’s data – we use any received information as confidential and only for purposes of organising events, either in promoting it or delivering it. 

Which data we keep and use?

We store your contact data (e-mail, name, phone number and address) if you gave it to us during registration procedure for our open events or doing business with us. This data are used for organisation of events. Those who gave us their consent are also contacted via our online newsletter, sent to their e-mail addresses.

We store OIB (VAT ) number, your individual one or of your company, if we needed to issue an inovice for you, related to your payments of partcipation fee or in-house events that we have delivered for you. 

We keep also photos from the events, where you might also be visible. These are used for our marketing pusposes, and after 25th May 2018. participants are asked during the events for permission to do so if they are visible on the photos. 

Where we keep your data?

We store all data in digital format in the online storage systems (cloud) that are stictly compliant with EU regulations (GDPR). 
We store some data in paper format if required by law, like invoices. 

From May 25th 2018 onwards our procedures of handling data (registration procedures, location of stored data, web security and similar) are aligned with this regulation.
For our online newsletter, we use the MailChimp system, please check here their Privacy Policy in more details.  There we are using and managing data by our self, without third party involvement. In the system is possible to see which content you have seen and on which links you have clicked. MailChimp does not have any right to use your data other then technicaly processing actvities initiated by us. 

For our web page, where some photos are displayed, we use safe hosting providers with all required safety certificates. 

In no occasion we are transferring data to third parties (other then MailChimp), unless we are obliged by law to do so.  

However, internet is never 100% safe - so we do our best to keep your data safe, and in case of any unfortunate issues we will act transparently, promptly and in your best interest.

How long we keep data?

We keep data since the start of our business, and as required by law. Many of you are our long-term  and returning clients, so we keep your information to be able to serve you quickly and easily, as long as it makes sense for our mutual business. 
You have the right to request removal of your data at any moment, as well as to update it or to get detailed information what we keep.

You can send any inquiry or request related to your personal data that we keep to our contact e-mail, and we will answer and act upon it in 24 hours.
